Clinical Development Captain

Grand County EMS – Moab, Utah
Full-Time Leadership Position | $65,000–$90,000 DOE + Full Benefits

Grand County EMS is seeking a motivated, clinically strong, and forward-thinking leader to serve as our Clinical Development Captain.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of rural EMS while living and working in one of the most incredible outdoor communities in the country.

Located in Moab, Utah, Grand County EMS serves more than 3,600 square miles of southeastern Utah, including vast public lands, backcountry terrain, and portions of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our crews respond to a broad spectrum of emergencies including high-acuity medical calls, major trauma, wilderness and backcountry incidents, technical rescue responses, and critical care interfacility transport.

At Grand County EMS, we believe rural EMS can deliver world-class care. We are proud to be the first rural EMS agency in Utah to implement a field blood program and continue to invest in advanced clinical capabilities, provider development, and high-quality patient care.

We are building a strong Clinical Services Division focused on education, competency, quality improvement, and provider success, and we are looking for the right person to help us take it to the next level.
