Full-Time Paramedic Level Shift Captain: 

Grand County EMS is seeking an experienced Paramedic to serve as a Shift Captain, providing first-line field supervision, operational leadership, and mentorship for EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics. Shift Captains play a critical role in supporting crews, coordinating resources, and leading incident response in a dynamic rural and backcountry EMS system.

We are looking for leaders who are calm under pressure, communicate clearly, take ownership, and place the needs of patients, crews, and the community first. This position is ideal for a professional who values accountability, integrity, and people-centered leadership.
